Kings Island Golf Resort, Kings Course
The Kings Course is the newest 18 at Kings Island. Designed by Jack Nicklaus and opened for play in 2018 all 18 holes feature a modern resort style layout. Wide fairways with intricate bunker complexes characterize each hole. More open as compared to both the Lakeside and Mountainview Courses, the Kings Course is the best choice for club golfers. That said the 7,310-yard layout is no pushover for the more accomplished players. Accurate shots into the greens are needed to score well. Some of the best holes include the 196 yard fourth and 232-yard seventeenth. Both are par-3’s and play to severely bunkered greens.
Kings Island Golf Resort features a clubhouse with an excellent restaurant serving a wide range of cuisines. There is also a bar, which is a great place to relax after a round. In addition to golf, the club also offers other activities including sailing and fishing on Dong Mo Lake and swimming in the club’s Olympic-sized swimming pool. There are a few rooms on site which may be rented out at certain times of the year. However, most golfers will choose to go back to Hanoi after their rounds at Kings Island.
