Dagon Golf City & Luxury Golf Estates is a contemporary golfing oasis, conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the Yangon International Airport. This impressive project, meticulously designed by Phil Ryan of Pacific Coast Design, transforms a former fish farm into a captivating landscape. The course masterfully utilizes the existing small lakes to frame many of its holes, complemented by significant earthmoving that has created inviting mounding along fairways and around challenging green complexes. The introduction of Paspalum grass throughout the course promises excellent year-round playing conditions, a welcome feature for enjoying golf in Myanmar's tropical climate. We invite you to experience a truly modern golf adventure.
Prepare yourself for a unique golfing challenge at Dagon Golf City, where precision is key to a rewarding round. The greens, notably petite on most holes, demand pinpoint accuracy on approach shots, while expansive fairway and greenside bunkers present a strategic test of your game. Many holes are thoughtfully designed to create a sense of strategic squeeze, requiring careful consideration of your tee shots. Whether you choose to unleash a powerful drive to carry fairway hazards or opt for a more judicious lay-up with a fairway wood, strategic thinking will be your best companion. The course's design philosophy ensures an engaging experience for golfers of all skill levels.
Beyond the strategic demands, Dagon Golf City offers delightful and memorable holes that are sure to become favorites. Our signature short par-3, the 12th hole, is instantly recognizable thanks to the whimsical giant red monkey situated in the greenside bunker, a playful nod to the 'Year of the Monkey' when construction began. The picturesque 2nd hole, a par-3 adjacent to the housing estate, features intricate rock work and landscaping, offering a generous bail-out area for an almost certain par. Furthermore, the 7th hole, a short dogleg left par-4, presents an opportunity for big hitters to reach the green in one or a more measured approach to a well-guarded green. We believe Dagon Golf City offers a truly special golfing escape.

Myotha National Golf Club in Myanmar is an extraordinary golfing destination, offering an experience unlike any other in Southeast Asia. Sprawling across a vast 688-hectare expanse, our 18 holes present a truly remarkable layout that stands as the finest in Myanmar, by a significant margin. We are proud to hold ourselves to the highest standards, rivaling the top courses across the region, and are confident that our championship standard will even attract professional Asian Tour events. While it plays a formidable 8,000 yards from the championship tees, a challenging test for even the most seasoned golfers, we also offer a more accessible experience from the forward tees, making it a rare course that truly plays easier for those with shorter swings.
Nestled within an emerging industrial zone, just 50 kilometers south of Mandalay, Myotha National Golf Club has been sculpted into a natural landscape of dramatic cliffs, canyons, and impressive 40-meter elevation changes. You'll find two deep and captivating arroyos winding through the course, with many holes intricately designed around these stunning natural features. The environment here is remarkably unique for Asia, characterized by year-round dry conditions, robust desert flora, and exposed surface rocks, creating a landscape more reminiscent of the American Southwest than a tropical jungle. This distinct terrain, coupled with our wide Zoysia Zeon fairways and meticulously undulating Champion Bermuda greens, ensures a truly memorable round for every golfer.
At Myotha National Golf Club, we believe in offering a diverse and engaging golf experience. Many of our greens are thoughtfully designed to be level with the fairways, featuring "salad bowl" surrounds that encourage strategic bump-and-run shots over purely target-focused play. The generally dry conditions promote firm and fast playing surfaces, providing ample roll-out for your shots, and players familiar with links-style golf will feel right at home. For those who enjoy a bit of adventure, our standout holes, like the S-shaped par-5 3rd, the dramatic dogleg left 4th, and the par-3 5th with its charming waterfall, offer unique challenges and photo opportunities. Even our closing holes, the 'cross green' 17th and the challenging par-4 18th, are designed to test your nerve and precision, ensuring a grand finale to your round.

The terrain is predominantly flat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. As you navigate the verdant, tree-lined fairways, you'll be treated to breathtaking, ever-present views of the surrounding mountains, dotted with serene temples and pagodas, creating a profoundly peaceful ambiance.
