Diamond Bay Golf & Villas is a 7244-yard championship layout golf course designed by American golf course developer and architect Andy Dye. Diamond Bay has a natural habitat playing beside the Nha Trang coastline. The course is easily reached from both Nha Trang City and airport in less than 15 minutes.

The Diamond Bay golf course is set on 76 hectares and nestled naturally in between the mountains and sea. Natural marshes, majestic pines, and sandy dunes contrast sharply with the lush fairways. Platinum TE Paspalum grass, white sand bunkers and incredible views of Nha Trang Bay create stunning color contrasts on every hole. Early morning golfers can further enjoy the beauty of the fog-clad mountains in the distance.

With its unique scenery, Diamond Bay Golf & Villas is one of the genuinely fascinating Vietnam golf courses. Platinum TE Paspalum grassed from tee to greens makes for excellent hitting surfaces throughout the golf course. The signature par-3 hole 12 is nicknamed the “smiling hole” as it has been built over the sea and resembles a smiling face. Hole 18 is also an excellent finishing hole that requires three accurate shots to reach the green in regulation on this 546 yard par-5.

The clubhouse and associated resort are adequate with facilities and amenities that golfers expect and appreciate.

Outstanding Golf Trip to Danang with Golfasian

Our group of four recently returned from a fantastic 5-day golf trip to Danang, Vietnam, organized through Golfasian—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Out of many tour companies we considered, Golfasian stood out right away due to their prompt and professional communication. Huy, our coordinator, was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating. He crafted a well-thought-out itinerary and quickly provided great alternative options when we wanted to make changes. Every golf course he recommended was excellent.

Our driver, Quoc Kenn, was another highlight of the trip. He was punctual, courteous, and drove us around in a clean, comfortable, and spacious van—which stayed with us for the duration of the trip, including airport transfers.

We also added a day tour, and our guide Quy was phenomenal—knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. If we’d had more time, we would’ve loved to take additional tours with him.

One major hiccup was with our visa situation—we discovered the night before our flight that, as U.S. citizens, we needed visas to enter Vietnam. Thankfully, Huy came through again, assisting us with expedited processing so we didn’t have to cancel the trip. While the cost was high and the oversight was on our end, we do wish Golfasian had highlighted this requirement again during the booking process, especially since they collect nationality details.

Despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. Huy and the Golfasian team were reliable and incredibly helpful throughout. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to booking our next Asia golf adventure with them.

Made a private tour Hua Hin - Danang - Bangkok mixed with Golf and sightseeing. GolfAsian provided a excellent choice of hotels, golf courses and private guides. The organization surpassed our expectations. The whole timetable created by GolfAsian worked very well and pick-up was always on time. We would not hesitate to do it with GolfAsian again.

A faultless experience for booking correspondence, airport and golf transfer pickups, caddies, and exceptional golf courses. My only small criticism was quoting us US$40 per person for FastTrack through Da Nang Airport, which is ridiculous for a person basically leading you to the fast queue. We paid about half of that to a third-party provider which in itself was a waste of $ given how busy the airport was on arrival.

Spent a 9 day 6 rounds of golf trip organised by Golfasian. Bangkok and Hua Hin were the venues. Only good things to say, from the two hotels we stayed in to the six golf courses we played. Hotels were great and all six of the golf courses, three of which we hadn't played before, very memorable. And a special shout out for the excellent service in a late itinerary change due to an injury to one member of our party. Have used Golfasian before and hope to again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, the best of any golf tour we have ever had. Our tour guide and driver stayed with us all day and did all our check-in for golf, took us to pharmacies, monet changers, shops and booked restaurants for us. They were simply brilliant. The tour was well organised and everything went like clockwork.

I would seriously recommend Golfasian for any golf tour or indeed a tour without golf.

We have just returned from 12 days in Vietnam with six rounds of golf spread across the time. Right from the start, communication with the Golf Asian staff member was clear and prompt. The arrangements were flawlessly organised. The drivers careful and courteous. And we had a ‘hotline’ number to call to instantly sort any issue. We didn’t need it - but it was nice to know we had it. Vietnam as a destination is brilliant. The people are warm. The coffee good. (And the chocolate excellent.) All the courses we played were picturesque in their own way. Particularly Than Lan and Stone Mountain. Be aware of the driving times to get to the courses. This is the only potential downside - and not uncommon across Asia. Overall, I found Golf Asian to be outstanding and would choose them again. No hesitation. As an aside, we stayed in the GM Premium Hotel in Hang Bong, Hanoi and found it a perfect blend of character and comfort. And just the right size. Highly recommend it as well. Happy golfing. 😎

The trip was so well organized by Golf Asian
I loved that the golf were booked and I had nothing to manage.
It's always complicated to book a golf course when I'm only 1 player.
I appreciate that Golf Asian manages all the booking.

Also, transfers between Golf and Hotel / Airport were fantastic service. Nice car, comfortable.
No need to book and wait any taxi / grab. The driver waited me everywhere.
I also appreciated the communication by email with Pommy. Always responded on time and always good mindset

I fully recommend Golfasian. I have used Golfasian a few times with great success and stress free organising golf trips for a small group (8) of golfers. Just returned from Hoi An Vietnam with memories and experiences to enjoy. Betty and her team at Golfasian were awesome. Nothing was to many trouble. Mixed experience, though still lots of good. Guy my group first interacted with was professional and got us the courses we wanted. Very good, clear communication. The Senior Sales & Reservations Executive who we were handed off to was a bit less helpful. We had questions about airport transport due to different arrival times which was not covered in our confirmation email, which she did nothing to attempt to resolve. We felt the communicating was done in not the most polite manner. The van we were provided with was not the most comfortable and old, which seemed suboptimal given what we paid for our package. That said, the driver was a total champ and very punctual - he did a terrific job and was a nice guy. Also on the plus side, the courses were nice. So our group’s consensus - definitely some good here, but some room for improvement, particularly on the communication side.
