The 18-hole Gary Player designed Pun Hlaing Golf Club opened in 2000 and is situated 12 kilometers west of Yangon, gateway to Myanmar. Pun Hlaing Golf Club is often referred to as the ‘Pride of Myanmar’ and has played host to some tournaments in the region, including the Myanmar Masters Tour in 2008 and 2009 and Myanmar Open in 2017 and 2018.
This 7,012-yard championship course is enjoyable for every golfer, from beginners to the most experienced.
Royal Mingalardon Golf & Country Club is one of the best with eighteen holes par 70 international standard measurements for golf courses in Yangon (7,200 yards). The expansive 286 acre club is situated 6 and 20 kilometers to the Yangon International and city center respectively.
Each hole has individual identity that is created exclusively using differing water features, mature landscape, and strategic bunkering.
Yangon City Golf Resort, commonly known as YCDC Golf Club, has two eighteen-hole golf courses. The first eighteen holes course has been given the name Ngwe Thaw Tar/ silver and opened in the year 1994.
The course plays 7000 yards from the tips.
Yangon Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs in Myanmar. The British established this club in 1909 by an unknown designer. However, the club has transited ages till today and is frequently updated to give golfers great experience.
Ye Dagon Taung Golf Club, also famously known as the waterfall course, is situated about 30 minutes drive to the west of Mandalay moving towards Mamyo. Located at the foot of Yay Dagon Taung Mountain next to a water fall, the club has beautiful sceneries of Shan Mountain Ranges that you will greatly enjoy during the game. The course is specially pleasant and cool in winter.
