Dear Ian,
 
Thank you for arranging our recent holiday – we had a wonderful time, all courses were great,  especially Suwan and Thai Country club – and we should also mention that the caddies were great too.
 
We would also like to thank you for introducing us to Jack – who took us everywhere – he is terrific, and in our eyes very brave in the face of the Bangkok traffic, please convey our thanks to him for making our holiday so smooth – he looked after us and treated us as family.
 
Once again thank you very much and hope we can do business with you again.
