Unfortunately, I’ve been back at work for just a week and now regretting the decision to get on the plane home.

Firstly, thanks for taking the time out to come and meet us at the Paragon before we left as its always good to put a face to a voice and emails.

Our experience booking our tour with you was professional and nothing was a problem for your staff on the ground in Phuket. In saying this I must make mention of two people:

Miss Bee – Having arrived at our resort early am, two of our rooms were upgraded which in normal circumstances would be great but for us it was a problem.

The Thai staff at the resort couldn’t understand why I didn’t want the upgrade as they thought they were doing the right thing by us. Long story short though, got hold of Miss Bee and this room mix up was sorted out by the next day without any drama.

A big thank you to Miss Bee as she was always available for any questions and changes that I needed to make to our itinerary and this was performed in a very professional and efficient manner at any time of the day.

Rocky – Our first contact at the airport and our driver for some of our golf transfers. Always on time, prompt and if something was not occurring when it should have, he was on the phone sorting it out. His knowledge of the golf courses was interesting and his driving was even better.

The weather wasn’t the greatest but we thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent chasing that white ball around. The four courses, Mission Hills, Blue Canyon, Red Mountain and Loch Palm, were amazing and I could not use enough words to fully describe the standards of these courses and their design. If any golfer wants an indication of what I am on about I suggest that they look at pictures of the 17th and 18th holes at Red Mountain as I have never played any course that has two such stand out holes in succession.

Lastly, caddies were definitely a new thing for us but after far too many jokes and laughs with them, the experience was greatly rewarding.

Mark, again thank you to you and your staff for the enjoyable experience we had in Phuket and I look forward to booking another trip sooner rather than later.

Used Golfasian to organize a 2 week trip for 6 people - 3 golfers and 3 non-golfers, travelling to 4 different parts of Thailand and playing 7 different courses. We were very, very impressed by the level of service we received. Had to make a couple of changes along the way and everyone we dealt with was very accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience.
