Dear Ms Yim,

I am happy to tell you that our group had a very enjoyable golfing  holiday in Bangkok.
The golf courses were good, the hotel comfortable and all the staff we dealt with were
extremely helpful  and friendly.

It is very likely that we will do a similar tour to Bangkok in November/December for which I will no doubt contact you in due course.
