All of the arrangements you made worked extremely well. You staff were courteous, efficient and very helpful. From the moment we arrived to being dropped off back at the airport, we felt secure in the hands of a reliable organisation.
Our visit to Black Mountain will live long in our memories. We had no idea how much we were asking of you to arrange for our friend to join us and we still can’t quite believe that you managed to rearrange the tee time and courier our forgotten golf shoes from the hotel. Our friend had a great time and was very grateful for the opportunity to play this beautiful course. My day was made complete by beating my handicap by 4 strokes!
