Hi Jim,

I wanted to thank you and your staff for all the assistance with our trip.  The whole trip was an enormous success much due to your company’s supreme service and organisational skills.

I would like to single out Gem who did a lot of the driving for us and was an absolute delight to deal with, though it is unfair to suggest the other drivers were anything short of excellent as well.

I thought you may appreciate a point by point critique, so here goes:

Hilton Hotel
Perfect venue, could not get a better location in Hua Hin, rooms were excellent, facilities wonderful, great breakfasts.

Restaurants in Hua Hin
You said we would eat like Kings for very little and you were right!
If you stick to Thai food or Seafood you cannot go wrong but there are plenty of options and even the Hotel was cheap.

Transfers
Always on time, comfortable vehicles, courteous service

Golf
Muang Kaew – Pretty good course, fantastic greens, best caddy I’ve ever had, got every putt right, had a good day there

Banyan – By far the best golf course in Thailand I have played, extraordinary design with wow hole after wow hole, breathtaking scenery and magnificent conditions. Caddies were very good here. Carts with GPS and ice boxes on board was a nice touch. All 11 of our group rate this the best course.
