The Palm Course is generally the course of choice amongst lower-handicapped players. It features a large number of challenging water hazards.

The venue of the Asian PGA Championship in 1997 and 1998, the Palm Course is often referred to as a 'thinking golfer's' course. A par 72, it measures 6,072 metres from the blue tees.

It offers undulating fairways, as well as strategic bunkers and water hazards. The emphasis here is on well placed drives which will be rewarded. On the other hand, playing wildly will be disastrous.

This, combined with lush, lavish greens, tranquil waterways and the panoramic surrounding landscape create a course that is as picturesque as it is challenging.

Have just finished another great Golfing Adventure with Golfasian. Again they did not disappoint. Our group tried a new experience at Batam Island, Indonesia. We have just returned from 12 days in Vietnam with six rounds of golf spread across the time. Right from the start, communication with the Golf Asian staff member was clear and prompt. The arrangements were flawlessly organised. The drivers careful and courteous. And we had a ‘hotline’ number to call to instantly sort any issue. We didn’t need it - but it was nice to know we had it. Vietnam as a destination is brilliant. The people are warm. The coffee good. (And the chocolate excellent.) All the courses we played were picturesque in their own way. Particularly Than Lan and Stone Mountain. Be aware of the driving times to get to the courses. This is the only potential downside - and not uncommon across Asia. Overall, I found Golf Asian to be outstanding and would choose them again. No hesitation. As an aside, we stayed in the GM Premium Hotel in Hang Bong, Hanoi and found it a perfect blend of character and comfort. And just the right size. Highly recommend it as well. Happy golfing. 😎

Another excellent golf trip arranged by Ohm of Golfasia. Superb central location for the hotels and a fantastic selection of golf courses in Bangkok and Pattaya. As ever, the transport to and from the airport and golf clubs went without a hitch. This time we added a beach holiday and Ohm arranged the internal flights to & from Krabi and arranged for our golf clubs to be stored in their office during this time.

This was my third trip to Bangkok with Golfasian, the previous two when I lived in Hong Kong. This one was a much longer flight from the UK in early January. I came with my son and it was a short trip as we both needed to get back to the UK to work. It was 4 nights, 5 days and 3 rounds of golf. Golfasian was first class from start to finish. The booking experience and pre-trip communications were excellent. The choices of courses (Royal Bang Pa-in, Royal Gems Golf City Dream Arena, and Siam Country Club) were spot-on. So was the hotel (the Radisson Blu) which was notable for its service, quality, location and especially its breakfast. Our driver (Game) was superb; a font of knowledge who could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. My experience of Golfasian over my 3 trips has been consistently excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a golfing trip to Thailand. My son and I are already looking at dates for a return trip next January, hopefully a longer trip to incorporate a couple of the beautiful courses in Hua Hin.

An EPIC experience!! Golfasian organized all our golf, hotel accommodations, and all ground transportation for an unbelievable 2 1/2 month golfing adventure in Thailand and Vietnam. It couldn’t have been easier. Our courteous driver picked us up at the hotel, delivered us to the golf course, and waited for us to finish the round before delivering us safely back home.

We had some difficulties clearing our bags from customs, and Golfasian were the only ones that stepped up to help us with personalized assistance from a team member (thank you Tip) to get our clubs out of customs jail.

If you want a seamless golfing experience in Asia, I couldn’t recommend Golfasian more highly!

Mixed experience, though still lots of good. Guy my group first interacted with was professional and got us the courses we wanted. Very good, clear communication. The Senior Sales & Reservations Executive who we were handed off to was a bit less helpful. We had questions about airport transport due to different arrival times which was not covered in our confirmation email, which she did nothing to attempt to resolve. We felt the communicating was done in not the most polite manner. The van we were provided with was not the most comfortable and old, which seemed suboptimal given what we paid for our package. That said, the driver was a total champ and very punctual - he did a terrific job and was a nice guy. Also on the plus side, the courses were nice. So our group’s consensus - definitely some good here, but some room for improvement, particularly on the communication side.
