About the Role
Behind every great golf holiday is a strong operations team. As an Operations Executive at Golfasian (www.golfasian.com), you are the person who makes sure everything works exactly as it should – before the client arrives, while they are travelling, and until they return home.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, solving problems quickly, and taking pride in smooth execution. You will work closely with hotels, golf courses, transport providers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality travel experiences for international clients.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinating daily travel operations including transfers, guides, activities, rental clubs, and special requests
Working closely with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to confirm services and standards
Managing itineraries, rooming lists, vouchers, and operational documents with precision
Monitoring trips in progress and stepping in when last-minute changes or issues arise
Ensuring all services are delivered according to contracts and company quality standards
Communicating clearly with clients and agents regarding amendments and confirmations
Keeping supplier records, databases, and reports accurate and up to date
Supporting sales, product, and reservations teams with operational input and feedback
Assisting with cost control, supplier reviews, and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in travel operations, DMC, tour operations, or hospitality
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks confidently
Clear and professional communication skills in English and Thai
Calm and effective decision-making under time pressure
Comfortable using travel systems, MS Office, and operational tools
A practical, service-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
