This afternoon, embark on a guided journey through PB Valley Vineyard's lush estate. While most of our wine grapes are harvested once a year—during the cool, dry windows from late September to early October and late January to mid-March—PB Valley VIneyard's seedless maroon table grapes from Australia flourish year-round.
Your guide will lead you through the vineyards, pausing at the most picturesque viewpoints for photos. Along the way, you’ll learn about our various wine grape varietals and other tropical fruits grown on-site, including dragon fruit and passion fruit.
The Tasting Experience: The tour concludes with a premium tasting of three signature wines:

After the tour, apprpxoimately around 16:30, we will drive to the Bat Tales Café. Grab a drink and settle in for a natural phenomenon known as the 'Bat Ballet.' As the sun begins to set (around 17:30–18:00), watch in awe as millions of bats stream out of the cave in a spectacular, synchronized swarm to begin their nightly hunt.
This impressive display can last over 20 minutes and is occasionally punctuated by the dramatic sight of birds of prey diving into the colony.
