Club Intramuros Golf Course
Years after during the American colonization, the walls were rebuilt and drastic changes were made to the city, including building a golf course. From that day on until now, this golf course is considered to be one of the city’s old courses.
In fact, it was renovated and designed by the popular golf architect, Andy Dye in 1995, and is the only course in Manila to offer Night Golf.
Perhaps not one of the best around, still playing golf day or night right in the heart of this major city is great fun.
Club Intramuros is open to the public, and does not take reservations, so you may have to wait to tee off at rush hour.
Playing from their back tees is only 4,150 yards, and they only have one par 5 at 427 yards. And being a small layout, many will be able to finish this par 66 layout 18 holes in under two hours. Do not be fooled though, there are many challenges including water hazards, bunkers, and a few out of bounds areas to avoid.
