Delete Your ‘My Golfasian’ Account

The “My Golfasian” mobile app is the customer portal for Golfasian Co., Ltd. customers. If you would like to delete your account and the associated personal data, follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to app@golfasian.com from the email address registered to your Golfasian account. 2. In the subject line, write: “Account Deletion Request“. 3. In the email body, please include your full name and the email address associated with your Golfasian account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by replying to your email.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following personal data will be permanently removed from our systems: – Your customer profile (name, email, phone number, country of residence, nationality, birthday, travel interests) – Your profile photo – All authentication tokens linked to your account – All one-time login codes

What Data Is Retained

For legal, financial, and accounting compliance, we retain the following data even after account deletion: – Records of completed golf holiday bookings (booking codes, dates, destinations, payment records) for the period required by Thai accounting and tax law (typically 5 years). – Anonymized usage logs that contain no personally identifying information.
