The villa itself consists of 4 separate buildings with a built-up area of 3400 ft2 on 9000 ft2 of land. It comprises of 3 bedrooms with ensuite baths and also has a swimming pool. The villa design harmonizes with nature, including balconies, large windows, high ceilings, trees, shrubs, and magnificent sea views. Pocket doors and windows fold into the walls giving a very open, spacious feeling. The en-suite bathrooms have outdoor showers. There are many artifacts, statues, carvings, doors etc, from Bali in the villa and the garden. The general level of finish is equivalent to a 5-star luxury resort. The villa is available for rental throughout the year.
