Outstanding Golf Trip to Danang with Golfasian

Our group of four recently returned from a fantastic 5-day golf trip to Danang, Vietnam, organized through Golfasian—and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Out of many tour companies we considered, Golfasian stood out right away due to their prompt and professional communication. Huy, our coordinator, was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating. He crafted a well-thought-out itinerary and quickly provided great alternative options when we wanted to make changes. Every golf course he recommended was excellent.

Our driver, Quoc Kenn, was another highlight of the trip. He was punctual, courteous, and drove us around in a clean, comfortable, and spacious van—which stayed with us for the duration of the trip, including airport transfers.

We also added a day tour, and our guide Quy was phenomenal—knowledgeable, personable, and engaging. If we’d had more time, we would’ve loved to take additional tours with him.

One major hiccup was with our visa situation—we discovered the night before our flight that, as U.S. citizens, we needed visas to enter Vietnam. Thankfully, Huy came through again, assisting us with expedited processing so we didn’t have to cancel the trip. While the cost was high and the oversight was on our end, we do wish Golfasian had highlighted this requirement again during the booking process, especially since they collect nationality details.

Despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. Huy and the Golfasian team were reliable and incredibly helpful throughout. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to booking our next Asia golf adventure with them.

Golfasian were amazing. Every pickup was perfect, drivers walked you through check in, and waited to drive you back to hotel. The complications with transport in Thailand is substantial and having a superb firm like Golfasian was well worth it. Tee times were very good and pre booked, if you had tried to get on your own it would have been impossible. We played some of the best golf courses in Asia and through out agents were available to look after you.
We can recommend Golfasian without hesitation and you are in safe hands

The organisation and professionalism and personal contact is first class. We especially appreciated the willingness of them accommodating any requests we had for last minute changes to the itinerary or change in the golf clubs we rented after the initial sets provided. Golf Asian is a good provider in Thailand. They have good staff and the service is great. Just make sure you research their facilities before agreeing. Compare actual costs of hotel and courses against their quotation. Need to research before you book. Does the hotel suit your needs? Is the location good for how you want to spend your non golf time? Are the courses worth the cost?

Golfasian were excellent throughout. When I was creating our itinerary, Darren was exceptionally patient and helpful in ensuring we achieved our aims. On the ground in Thailand, the service was equally good. All of our transfers to/from the courses, and from city to city worked perfectly. The drivers were helpful, punctual and ensured we were checked-in at each course on arrival. The Helpline was also very supportive and provided excellent service. Definitely recommended.

We booked 3 rounds of golf with Golfasian from Australia — one round from Bangkok and two from Pattaya — and honestly, the whole experience was excellent.

From hotel pick-ups and drop-offs to transfers and tee times, everything just worked. It was seamless, well organised, and completely stress-free. We didn’t have to think about logistics at all — just turn up and enjoy the golf.

A special mention to Arina, who greeted us at RG City Golf Club. She’s part of the operations team and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Little things like that make a big difference. She acted as our translator at times and can speak fluent Thai , English and even German.

Through her, we learnt about the regular golf events Golfasian runs almost monthly, which sound like a great option if you want organised golf with a good social vibe. Worth checking out their website for more details.

I’ll definitely be booking with Golfasian again for future golf trips to Thailand, Vietnam, and other parts of Asia. If you want a smooth, well-run golf trip where everything is taken care of, these guys deliver.

Excellent company to plan your complete golf vacation. Don't have to worry about a thing. They were very efficient and booked everything based around my schedule and flights. There are many areas I liked on this trip arranged by Golfasian. All arrangements was working extremely well. All transportations on time, golf courses nicely selected and I did not need to worry of anything.
