Sembawang Country Club, affectionately known as the Commando Course, offers a distinctive golfing experience with its recent $20 million redesign. The course now stretches just under 6,500 yards and is meticulously maintained. Originally crafted by the 42 Commando Royal Marines, the layout presents significant elevation changes that add both challenge and intrigue to your round.
The course's hilly terrain demands precision and strategy, with narrow fairways bordered by lush jungle and occasionally punctuated by the presence of the Singapore Air Force. The front nine sets the stage with its demanding layout, while the back nine elevates the challenge further, showcasing the most picturesque holes amidst undulating landscapes.
While Sembawang does not provide caddies, the course promises an engaging test of skill and endurance. The humid climate on this side of Singapore Island adds an extra layer of difficulty, making it a true test for even the most seasoned golfers. With its unique design and physical demands, Sembawang Country Club offers a memorable golfing adventure for those seeking both challenge and beauty.

Warren Golf & Country Club, a distinguished establishment with a rich history, began its journey under the vision of the late Brigadier Derek Warren of the British 18th Signal Regiment. Initially a humble 4-hole course, it blossomed into a 9-hole gem accompanied by a driving range upon its official opening in 1962 at Folkestone Road. Today, the club proudly boasts a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course, complemented by a comprehensive array of social and recreational facilities, ensuring an unparalleled experience for all who visit this cherished Singaporean landmark.
Our championship golf course offers a truly delightful and engaging challenge, recognized as one of the most varied and captivating in Singapore. Prepare yourselves for a journey across strategically placed, elegantly bunkered holes, and greens that present a fascinating interplay of fierce slopes and contours. The element of water adds a thrilling dimension, with picturesque lakes, serene ponds, and a substantial drainage canal thoughtfully integrated into the design, demanding careful consideration and a strategic approach to your game. Every hole has been meticulously crafted to ensure a rewarding and memorable round.
The ever-evolving layout of our course ensures that a visit to Warren Golf & Country Club is always a worthwhile endeavor, offering a continually fresh and exciting experience for golf enthusiasts. We believe that the blend of historical significance, the challenging yet enjoyable design of our fairways and greens, and the serene natural beauty surrounding the course makes us an ideal destination for a leisurely and fulfilling game of golf. We warmly invite you to discover the unique charm and golfing excellence that awaits you here.
