The Siam Country Club Waterside Course was designed by IMG and played host to the 2022 Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, with the winner securing a slot in the US Masters. (spectacular Pattaya course is a must-play, 2015 Thailand Open venue)

Designer: Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley, USA
Established: 2008
Location: 12 kilometers north of Pattaya towards Bangkok

The Siam Country Club Plantation Course is simply an amazing golf course. Home to the 2009 US LGPA and the 2015 Thailand Open, the Pattaya course plays as difficult as any golf course in Thailand. Nothing was spared by designers Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley.

Chee Chan Golf Resort

18 holes par 72 (6928 yards)
(premium course in the shadow of the Golden Buddha)

Designer: David Dale from Golf Plan
Established: 2019
Location: Silverlake area next to the Big Buddha

Chee Chan Golf Resort, designed by Golfplan – Dale & Ramsey Golf Course Architects, offers golfers the chance to play on one of Asia’s most beautiful modern courses. Located in the famed Khao Chee Chan Buddha’s shadows and providing views of the nearby resort city of Pattaya, Jomtien, and the Gulf of Thailand, Chee Chan is as visually stunning as it is a golfing challenge. The land and the surrounding environment are gently rolling hills and, in contrast to other Pattaya golf courses, provide more of a “Scottish Highlands” playing experience.

Siam Country Club, Old Course

18 holes par 72 (7162 yards)
(Thai home of the US LPGA)

Designer: Isao Mazumi, Schmidt-Curley
Established: 1971
Location: Off Sukhumvit Road going towards Bangkok

Siam Country Club Old Course is one of the more famous Thailand golf courses. Originally designed by Japanese architect Ichisuke Izumi, Siam Country Club was just the country’s second course when it opened in 1970. In those days, heavily contoured greens, large overhanging trees, and gentle bunkering characterized the course.

Your Hotel & Resort Selection

Vibrant and eclectic, Thailand’s lively resort city of Pattaya has been one of Asia’s favourite playgrounds for decades. Here, countless dining and shopping destinations, adrenaline-inducing activities available both on land and at sea, and beautiful stretches of sand await to fulfil your holiday..

Excursion

One of the best ways to explore Bangkok is by boat. A cruise along the Chao Phraya River and the canals of Thonburi on the west side of the river reveal scenes at odds with the bustling, modern inner city. The tour starts from hotel pier by express boat and cruise on Chao Praya River to a pier near Pak Klong Talad, the wholesale market of fresh vegetables, flowers, and herbs.

Manohra Dining Cruise (joining) on Chaophraya River Premium Set Menu including free flow soft drink

    • Went with my brother and our non-golfing wives on a weeklong golf and cultural holiday in Hanoi. Superb attention to detail by Sophie who was very patient as we made several changes prior to finalization of booking. Drivers were very prompt and friendly. Tour guide "Hiro" who led us to an exploration of Hanoi military history was awesome and we learned so much from him. Played Dai Lai Star and BRG Legend, great design and scenery. Enjoyed also our cruise of Halong Bay. Just wish we had the time to play another round or 2. We are now planning a golf trip to either Penang, Phuket or Yogyakarta and cant wait to use GolfAsian again.

    • Niki at GolfAsian Thailand put together our golf itinerary on extremely short notice and every part of the experience was efficient and smooth. From organizing the itinerary, managing payments, being picked up at the hotel by fantastic drivers (Sombat and Rocky in Hua Hin are great!), picked up after our round in a timely manner...all of it was fantastic! I recommend you email or call Golfasian directly because my first encounter with them through their online chat was absolutely awful. But I gave them a second chance and Niki came to our rescue. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use GA again!

    • Great service from beginning to end. The fast lane at the airport started our trip wonderfully and the organisation throughout was faultless. Hua His was a delightful surprise. Black Mountain golf course was great. The trip to the National Park was fantastic. Pukky was brilliant. Second trip we have done through you and will be doing more.

    • Just finished two wonderful weeks of golf in Thailand organized by Golf Asia. Incredible courses in both Hua Hin & Chaing Mai. Black Mountain and Banyon are outstanding. Ian Morgan in Hua Hin was a complete professional and had a chance to stop by so we could meet him.
Definitely recommended as a complete turn-key service. Caddies are new to us but great aspect of golf in Thailand.
