Golfasian is Asia’s leading inbound golf tour operator, running operations across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. This isn’t a passive admin role – you’re the control tower for every inbound sales enquiry across six markets. What You’ll Do
Receive, qualify, and distribute inbound sales enquiries across all Southeast Asia markets
Own lead response timelines – make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Monitor lead flow daily, flag bottlenecks, and escalate priority enquiries
Maintain CRM data accuracy (lead status, contact details, follow-up notes)
Communicate directly with overseas clients and agents via email and phone
Support the sales team with reporting, coordination, and operational tasks
Provide weekend coverage on a rotating schedule (with weekday days off in exchange)
What You Bring
2-4 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar operations-focused role
Excellent English – spoken and written (this is non-negotiable; you’ll communicate with international clients daily)
Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, and ideally CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Confident phone manner and professional email communication
Self-starter mindset – you take ownership, solve problems, and don’t wait to be told what to do next
Nice to Have
Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism (tour operators, hotels, travel agencies)
Familiarity with lead management or sales pipeline tools
Interest in golf or sports tourism (not required, but it helps)
Requirements
Full working rights for Thailand
Based in Bangkok or willing to commute to head office daily
