Description:	This is a two bedroom home on three levels. Very close to Loch Palm and Red Mountain golf courses - you can walk to the 14th tee in about one minute and it is also close to the club house. Excellent location for anyone that wants to be close to a golf course but does not want to spend a lot on housing. This house has no pool but enjoys good views and is nicely finished inside. It would be possible to add a pool over the garage parking area.\|\|long term lease at 30,000 baht per month, or short term rental at 35,000 baht per month. Daily rental would be 4,000 baht a night with a minimum three nights' stay. The property is also for sale, offers welcome at around 7.5 million baht. The house is about 5 years old in a quiet area, around the golf course. It is on high ground, with good water and sewers, and no water flooding problems. In addition to the features shown below, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi were added earlier this year. The pool is elevated and the car parking is under the pool. Access to the pool is off the main floor deck of the house. Good low budget accommodation.
